Introducing Faxitron® Pro+. A larger, more versatile, fully shielded digital x-ray cabinet providing the ability to image larger samples, without sacrificing resolution.

With native detector resolution of 100 microns, and effective resolution up to 10 microns, the Faxitron® Pro+ provides the highest resolution in its class for samples that are currently too big for existing cabinet x-ray systems thanks to an expanded cabinet and a larger 17”x17” (43cm x 43cm) imaging area.
