The current CompAI specimen radiography platform for new installations, and the successor to the TrueView 100 Pro. Designed for intraoperative assessment of surgical specimens and resection margins in breast-conserving surgery.
Unlock the benefits of breast-conserving surgery
Confidence in resection margins
Improved workflow with enhanced automated features
Shorter surgical duration allows for higher throughput
Patients spend less time under anaesthesia
Features
BUILT FOR THE OPERATING THEATRE Rapid intraoperative specimen assessment, so the surgical team can confirm margins without leaving theatre and without waiting for transport to radiology.
PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL DISPLAY Supplied with a Barco professional medical image display on a support offering greater pitch and yaw adjustment, so the image can be positioned for the person who needs to read it.
IMPROVED IMAGE PROCESSING An enhanced image processing algorithm delivers clearer detail across the specimen, at 50 µm resolution.
AUTOMATIC CALCIFICATION CONTOURING With the optional hardware acceleration board and inference server, automatic calcification recognition performs significantly better than on the previous platform.
SIMPLIFIED INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE The internal UPS has been removed, reducing transport complexity and ongoing maintenance. No lengthy calibration is required at each power-on.
VOICE CONTROL AND OPTICAL CAMERA INCLUDED Full voice control allows contactless operation. The patented co-axial HD camera captures an optical image of the specimen for side-by-side comparison. Both are included on systems supplied to the UK and Ireland.
CONNECTIVITY Full PACS compatibility over wired and wireless networks. Supplied with Windows 11
QuadraView 100 Specimen Container Three-dimensional orthogonal and maximum-slope images provide all-round information on the specimen and support a complete tumour resection rate. Combined with the TrueView system, the distance from a calcification to the resection edge can be calculated precisely. The specimen location assistance system lets the user correlate the orientation of the specimen in the container with its orientation in the breast, for direct comparison with pre-operative imaging. The elastic membrane reduces deformation of tissue samples and allows easy transport to pathology. Supports imaging from up to four view angles.
